Loetz Witwe Company (1851 - 1947)
A whimsical matched pair of Austrian Art Nouveau cast bronze and glass "Coiled Snake" desk lamps both embellished with matching Loetz art glass shades. Both shades are decorated with matching applied iridescent red flower and iridescent green leaf decoration against a richly iridescent oil spot decoration suspended from the opening of the mouths of a the patinated bronze coiled snake bases. The bases are both finished in their original rich brown patina.
